Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in payments or related operations leadership.
• Deep knowledge of NACHA rules, card networks, and instant payments.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience building or redesigning a payments program within a regulated bank or fintech.
• Experience with payments orchestration or core platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise payments roadmap across ACH, wire, RTP/FedNow, card, and emerging rails.
• Develop and track payments KPIs and report to executive leadership.
• Design and implement a compliant payments infrastructure for disbursements, collections, and reconciliation.
• Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations for payments processing and orchestration.
• Partner with AML, Fraud, Compliance, and Operations to embed controls from design through execution.
