Qualifications

• 7+ years in payments, treasury management, merchant services, or bank operations leadership
• Knowledge of NACHA rules, card network rules, and instant payments requirements
• Experience supervising employees for 5+ years and developing teams
• Experience building or evaluating payments orchestration or core platforms
• Ability to build a P&L case and negotiate vendor contracts
• Ability to liaise with AML, Fraud, Operations, Treasury Management and Regulators

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise payments roadmap across ACH, wire, RTP/FedNow, card, and emerging rails
• Design and implement payments infrastructure to support customers and other lines of business
• Develop payments KPIs and report to executive leadership
• Manage vendor relationships, onboarding, and third‑party risk in payments
• Ensure compliance with NACHA rules, card networks and regulatory requirements
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives with Compliance, AML, Fraud, and Operations
