Job summary

Tyler Technologies is seeking a Payment Enablement Specialist to manage configuration and implementation of payment systems within the Tyler Payments ecosystem. You will coordinate setups, validate systems, and support migrations for a seamless onboarding experience.

The role requires strong customer service, organization, and technical skills, and involves collaboration with product, development, finance, and support teams to ensure successful service launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in customer service, financial operations, or payment processing.
• Working knowledge of payment platforms including Payliance, FISERV, and Chase ISO.

Responsibilities

• Document collection and compliance for Tyler and vendor standards.
• Configure Tyler Payment systems across environments to meet contracts.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing and validate processing accuracy before go-live.
• Collaborate with product, development, finance, and customer service teams for timely launches.
• Support migrations and large-scale processor changes across the organization.
• Integrate payment systems with financial institutions and third-party vendors.
• Provide hands-on handoff to implementation teams for go-live readiness.
• Resolve implementation and testing issues with merchants and vendors.
• Deliver white-glove internal partner support with clear documentation.
