Job summary

Tyler Technologies is seeking a Payment Enablement Specialist in Indianapolis to manage configuration and implementation of payment systems within the Tyler Payments ecosystem. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related discipline preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in customer service, financial operations, or payment processing.
• Experience with Payliance, FISERV and Chase ISO is highly valued.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail and communication skills.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Document collection and ensure compliant hand-off paperwork across Tyler standards.
• Configure Tyler Payment systems in all environments to meet contractual needs.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing prior to go-live and validate processing accuracy.
• Collaborate with product, development, finance and customer service teams for timely launches.
• Support company-wide migrations and third‑party integrations.
• Provide white-glove onboarding and expert configuration for payment systems.
• Resolve issues related to service setup and merchant credentials with vendors.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication and escalation when needed.
• Participate in team meetings and share improvement opportunities across Tyler.
