Job summary

Tyler Technologies is seeking an Implementation Consultant to deliver high-quality knowledge transfer and onboarding for Tyler payments products. You will collaborate with product, development, finance, and client teams to ensure successful implementation and customer readiness.

Responsibilities include webinars, education on system configuration, data mapping, and end-to-end testing. Travel is expected; 0–5% with multiple U.S. locations, including Michigan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in product, implementation, customer service, financial operations, or payment processing.
• Strong problem solving with sharp attention to detail.
• Excellent presentation and knowledge transfer skills.
• Interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional services such as consultation, software readiness, and education to clients on Tyler software products.
• Design and conduct knowledge transfer sessions through webinars.
• Educate users on software functionality, data entry, system administration, user security, and permissions.
• Analyze client business models to document requirements for Tyler's payment products.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing prior to go-live and validate processing accuracy.
• Collaborate with product, development, finance, and customer service teams for a white-glove onboarding experience.
• Create client-facing and internal documentation and act as liaison between client and technical staff.
