Job summary

Tyler Technologies is seeking a Payment Enablement Specialist to manage configuration and implementation of payment systems within the Tyler Payments ecosystem. You will coordinate new service setups, testing, migrations, and financial institution integrations to ensure seamless transactions.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with product, development, finance, and customer service teams to deliver a white-glove onboarding experience for internal partners and customers.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in customer service, financial operations, or payments.
• Experience with payment platforms including Payliance, FISERV, and Chase ISO.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Document collection and hand-off paperwork ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Configure Tyler Payment systems to meet contractual needs.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing and go-live validation.
• Collaborate with product, development, finance, and customer service teams.
• Support company-wide migrations and third-party integrations.
• Provide white-glove internal partner support and clear communications.
• Handle issue resolution with third-party processors.
