Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or comparable work experience.
• 3-5 years relevant experience in product, implementation, customer service, financial operations, or payment processing is valued.
• Exceptional presentation and knowledge transfer skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional services such as consultation, software readiness, and education to clients on Tyler software products.
• Design and conduct knowledge transfer sessions through webinars.
• Educate users on software functionality, data entry, system administration, user security, and permissions.
• Analyze client business models to identify and document requirements for Tyler's payment products and functionality.
• Document and communicate client requirements, data mappings, and potential process improvements.
• Troubleshoot client issues with Support or Development to resolve problems.
• Create client-facing and internal quick-tip documentation.
• Collaborate with product, development, and finance teams to ensure timely service launches.
• Support company-wide migrations and large-scale processor migrations.
