This role handles new service setups, feature configuration, and readiness for customer go-lives, collaborating with product, development, finance, and customer service teams for a white-glove onboarding experience. The position is hybrid with three days on-site per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years in customer service, financial operations, or payment processing.
• Working knowledge of payment platforms Payliance, FISERV, and Chase ISO.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail; excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Document collection and compliance hand-off paperwork.
• Configure Tyler Payment systems across environments.
• Perform end-to-end testing before go-live.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure timely service launches.
• Support company-wide migrations and new functionality.
• Integrate payment systems with financial institutions and vendors.
• Handoff implementation details to deploy teams.
• Resolve issues from service setup and merchant credentials.
• Provide white-glove internal partner support and clear communication.
• Participate in meetings and identify improvements.
