Job summary

Tyler Technologies in Troy, Michigan is seeking an Implementation Consultant to deliver high-quality knowledge transfer services, ensuring customers can use Tyler software effectively to run daily operations.

As a member of the Payment Enablement team, you will configure payment systems, support migrations, and coordinate integrations, delivering a white-glove onboarding experience with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or comparable work experience.
• 3-5 years relevant experience in product, implementation, customer service, financial operations, or payment processing.
• Excellent presentation and knowledge transfer abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities.
• Fundamental understanding of financial transactions and payment systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional services including consultation, software readiness, and client education.
• Design and conduct knowledge transfer sessions through webinars.
• Educate users on software functionality, data entry, system administration, security, and permissions.
• Analyze client business models to document requirements for Tyler’s payment products.
• Collaborate with product, development, finance and customer service teams for onboarding.
• Support migrations and implement new functionality across environments.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing prior to go-live and validate processing accuracy.
• Document and share quick tips and client-facing/internal guides.
• Act as liaison between clients and Tyler’s technical staff.
• Provide proactive issue resolution and white-glove support.
