Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Payments Manager to shape how customers pay across finance, customer service, and sales. You will lead a team to remove barriers to payment, drive cash collection, and optimize the customer payment experience while collaborating with external providers.

The role emphasizes cross-functional partnership, process improvement, and data-driven insights to support timely payments and reduced friction in end-to-end payment flows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in a related field.
• Experience with enterprise business systems and reporting tools.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer payment enablement activities with accurate, efficient resolutions.
• Manage onboarding documentation including ACH enrollment forms, tax docs, and legal entity info.
• Oversee payment portal administration and monitor effectiveness for timely payments and good experiences.
• Implement and manage adoption of payment solutions with cost analysis and approvals.
• Own relationships with third-party payment providers and ensure integration requirements.
• Partner with Accounts Receivable, Finance, Sales, and Customer Service to resolve payment issues and improve collection performance.
• Develop reporting on payment program costs, utilization, and effectiveness.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce payment friction and accelerate cash collection.
