Job summary

Genuine Parts Company seeks an experienced Senior Manager of Payments to lead and evolve our payments and embedded finance offerings. You will own vendor relationships with processors, networks, and fintech partners, coordinating with IT, finance, and marketing to implement new capabilities and improve existing ones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience in strategy and planning within payment processing and/or embedded finance operations.
• Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem and how to optimize costs and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the internal expert on credit and debit card processing and manage processor/network relationships.
• Design, build and launch payments and embedded finance capabilities with IT and vendors.
• Lead product testing and launches with Product Managers and Product Owners.
• Partner with Finance to build business cases and monitor program performance.
• Oversee customer care and compliance teams to resolve escalations related to payments.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and develop business cases to justify capital investments.
