Job summary

Stripe is seeking a leader for the Global Payments Performance team to build the operating foundations and drive data-informed improvements. You will partner with senior stakeholders to design scalable processes, dashboards, and OKRs that optimize post-sale strategy and global churn initiatives.

You will lead cross-functional programs, including capacity planning, reporting infrastructure, and strategic planning, delivering measurable value and reliable decision support for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience in strategic or operational roles at high-growth tech companies or consulting.
• Experience translating business needs into requirements and translating data to insights.
• Strong ability to design and implement scalable operating models and processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and run GPPT operating model including processes, governance, forums, capacity modelling, and metrics.
• Develop reports and dashboards to meet key reporting requirements.
• Design and implement AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency and customer impact.
• Enhance business processes through data-driven decision-making.
• Define and monitor annual and quarterly OKRs and prepare leadership materials.
