Job summary

Xplor is seeking a motivated sales professional for its Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based role with residual income, designed for those who want control over time and earnings.

You will visit local businesses, educate owners on payment processing savings, and close deals to earn activation bonuses and ongoing commissions while working with flexible, autonomous scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-sourcing leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
