Job summary

Xplor Pay, part of Xplor Technologies, seeks motivated sales professionals for its Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based role with residual income and activation bonuses, offering full flexibility to manage your time and income.

You will visit businesses, educate owners on cost savings, and close deals to earn monthly commissions and long-term residuals. Remote work is allowed with region coverage and required driving. Training and mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
