Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income and flexible scheduling, ideal for those who want control of their time and earnings.

You will go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions, educate owners on saving money, close deals, and earn activation bonuses plus ongoing commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience.
• Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities
