Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages is a plus where needed.
• US work authorization is required to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and guests.
• Conducting visit check-in and assisting patients with required forms.
• Collecting co-pays and updating patient information in EMR.
• Scheduling/rescheduling appointments and managing phone lines.
• Maintaining cleanliness of Welcome and Community Room areas.
• Occasional float to other centers in the region.
