The role requires strong computer skills, Google Suite proficiency, and professional phone etiquette. Spanish/Polish/Russian language skills and US work authorization are valued. This is a full‑time position with potential regional float.

Qualifications

• US work authorization required.
• Strong computer skills with Google Suite.
• Fluency in languages used by communities served (e.g., Spanish, Polish, Russian).

Responsibilities

• Welcomes patients and guests.
• Checks in patients and assists with required forms.
• Collects co-pays.
• Updates patient information in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Schedules/reschedules appointments in the EMR.
• Answers and manages phone calls, forwards messages, and makes outbound calls as needed.
• Manages faxes in the electronic fax platform.
• Maintains cleanliness of Welcome and Community Room areas.
• May float to other centers in the region occasionally.
