Oak Street Health is seeking a Welcome Coordinator in the United States. This role greets patients and guests, helps with check-in, and handles scheduling and front-desk tasks to support efficient clinic operations.

Ideal candidates will have strong computer skills, professional phone etiquette, US work authorization, and customer service experience. Fluency in multiple languages is valued to serve diverse communities; some college is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and basic knowledge of Google Suite.
• Professional phone etiquette is required.
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by our communities.
• US work authorization is required.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Some college coursework is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and guests.
• Conducting visit check-in and assisting patients with required forms.
• Collecting co-pays.
• Updating patient information and making changes in the electronic medical record platform.
• Scheduling/rescheduling appointments within the EMR platform.
• Managing phone lines by answering, taking messages, and making outbound calls as instructed.
• Managing faxes in the electronic fax platform.
• Maintaining cleanliness of Welcome and Community Room areas.
• May be required to float to other centers in the region occasionally.
• Other duties as assigned.
