Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of reception functions and clinic procedures.
• Basic medical terminology understanding preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, check in/out patients in a professional manner.
• Answer calls, provide information, and schedule appointments.
• Enter and manage referrals, including authorizations.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance data.
• Process forms and medical records accurately.
• Support insurance requirements and interpreter coordination.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
