The role requires accurate data entry, insurance verification, and coordination with providers, while upholding HIPAA standards and contributing to a smooth, value-driven patient experience.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of reception procedures and medical workflows.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and register patients and guests in a welcoming manner.
• Answer calls and schedule appointments.
• Manage referrals and authorization needs.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance details.
• Process registrations, consents, and medical records accurately.
• Collect copays and reconcile daily cash balances.
• Maintain patient documents and HIPAA-compliant handling.
• Coordinate interpreter services as needed.
• Support other staff and cover duties as required.
