• Collect and post co-pays and patient balances accurately.
• Check patients in and out efficiently with a positive experience.
• Maintain documentation in electronic medical records systems.
• Support PCMH initiatives and practice workflows.
• Provide reception coverage, including weekends and holidays.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and follow organizational policies.
