You will greet patients, check in/out, collect copays, process forms, and coordinate with providers while maintaining HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare front desk or registration is preferred.
• Familiarity with patient scheduling and referrals.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet, direct, register, check in and check out patients professionally.
• Answer calls, provide information, and schedule appointments.
• Enter, track, and manage referrals, including prior authorizations.
• Collect and verify patient demographics and insurance data.
• Process forms, consent documents, and medical records accurately.
• Collect copayments and maintain daily balancing records.
• Scan, index, and maintain patient documentation.
• Coordinate interpreter services when needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and stay updated on system changes.
• Support other staff and participate in required trainings.
