Southern New Hampshire Health is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join our front desk team. You will register and check in/out patients, schedule appointments, and process referrals with attention to accuracy and privacy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of reception functions and administrative workflows.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet, direct, register, check in, and check out patients in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Answer incoming calls, provide information, and schedule patient appointments.
• Enter, track, and manage referrals, including authorizations.
• Collect and verify patient demographic and insurance information.
• Process registration forms and medical records accurately.
• Collect and reconcile patient copayments and maintain daily balancing records.
• Scan, index, and maintain patient documentation.
• Coordinate interpreter services when needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
