Penn Medicine's CCA - Penn Princeton Primary Care Ewing is seeking a Patient Services Associate to support patient-centered care at the front desk and in the call center. You will manage appointments, collect copays, update insurance information, and assist with registration and checkout in the EMR system.

Day shift, full-time, Monday through Friday, in-person at the Ewing location. Prior medical office or customer service experience is required; two years preferred.

Qualifikationen

• H.S. Diploma/GED (Required)
• 2+ years medical office or customer service experience is required.
• Advanced degree (Associate's, Bachelor's, Master's) may be considered in lieu of experience

• Assists in managing the arrival and departure activities of patients.
• Handles patient calls and inquiries; coordinates appointments.
• Updates patient insurance and billing information; handles point-of-service responsibilities.
• Collects copays and records accurately; verifies demographics and referrals.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and EMR usage.
