Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of medical office experience or 4 years of customer service.
• Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients; manage arrival/departure, and handle check-out procedures.
• Answer phones, manage patient requests, schedule appointments, and document in EMR.
• Collect copays, verify insurance information, and perform front-end processes.
