• Manages patient arrival/departure activities, handles calls and inquiries, coordinates appointments, and updates insurance/billing information.
• Performs point of service activities including copay collection, signatures, and updating EMR appointment status.
• Coordinates with Access Center responsibilities as needed and ensures regulatory compliance.
