Cooper Norcross Health seeks an Embodied Patient Access Associate to greet patients using AIDET and provide an individualized service experience. You will handle full registration, verify demographics and insurance, and document signatures.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of recent registration or billing experience in a medical facility preferred.
• Proficiency in patient registration, scheduling, medical insurance pre-certifications, authorizations and referrals preferred.
• Epic experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational, written/verbal communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and guests using AIDET; provide individualized patient service experience.
• Perform full registration and update demographics, insurance information, and signatures.
• Make appointments for patients across healthcare continuum; ensure timely scheduling.
