Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and answer telephone calls professionally.
• Register new patients and update demographics, collect payments.
• Schedule appointments, surgeries, and follow-ups with proper authorizations.
• Scan and file medical records and ensure PHI confidentiality.
• Assist billing by entering charges and documenting procedures.
• Communicate delays or issues to patients and staff.
