Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming calls; greet patients and visitors.
• Register new patients and update demographics; collect information.
• Collect outstanding balances and process co-pays.
• Obtain referrals and authorizations when required.
• Scan and file medical records; ensure PHI is secure and confidential.
• Schedule follow-up services, visits, and imaging as needed.
• Support billing with charge entry and timely documentation.
