Job summary

Centers for Advanced Urology is seeking a Patient Service Representative II to deliver high-quality customer service in a clinical setting. You will greet patients, register new visits, collect payments, schedule procedures, and support the billing process with attention to PHI confidentiality.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to navigate EMR systems, with preference for healthcare background and CPT/ICD-10 familiarity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• 2–3 years of customer service experience in a medical setting ideal.
• Familiarity with CPT/ICD-10 coding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in person or by phone in a courteous manner.
• Register new patients and update demographics, collect co-pays and payments.
• Schedule appointments, scans, labs, and follow-ups; coordinate referrals as needed.
• Scan, file, and organize patient records; maintain PHI confidentiality.
• Assist with charge entries and billing within required timelines.
• Respond to inquiries and support providers and clinical staff as needed.
