Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet patients/visitors professionally.
• Register patients and update demographics and financial information.
• Collect co-pays, deductibles, and any outstanding balances.
• Obtain referrals and authorizations when required.
• Scan documents into patient charts and maintain records.
• Schedule follow-ups, surgeries, and imaging with proper approvals.
• Maintain PHI confidentiality and privacy.
• Support billing with charge entries and timely documentation.
