Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification, and answering phone inquiries.
• Register patients by collecting insurance information and demographics and direct to waiting areas.
• Process payments and generate daily reports; manage cash drawer and explain charges to patients.
• Respond to routine inquiries about services and hours; address patient complaints.
• Assist with medical records duties, including pulling charts and transferring records.
• Mentor and support junior staff as needed.
