Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with check-in and check-out and scheduling.
• Verify insurance information and demographics in the system.
• Collect payments and post charges according to guidelines.
• Answer phone inquiries and direct to appropriate staff.
• Arrange follow-up visits and referrals as needed.
• Support training and mentoring of junior staff.
