Qualifications

• Knowledge of insurance verification and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification, and phone inquiries.
• Register patients by collecting and verifying insurance information and directing to waiting areas.
• Handle payments, post charges, and generate daily payment reports.
• Respond to routine inquiries about services and hours of operation.
• Assist with medical records tasks such as pulling charts and transferring files.
• Mentor and support junior staff as requested.
