Job summary

Duties include patient relations, check-in and check-out, scheduling, insurance verification, and answering phones. You will collect and verify insurance information, direct patients to waiting areas, handle payments, and assist with medical records as requested.

• Generate daily payment reports and reconcile cash drawers.
