Job summary

Responsibilities include processing payments, posting charges, generating daily reports, and assisting with medical records. The role also involves mentoring junior staff and maintaining accurate patient information

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a physician office or clinic setting preferred.
• Knowledge of medical insurance claims and patient billing processes.

• Verify insurance information and demographics; update records.
• Process payments, post charges, and generate daily reports.
