Qualifications

• 1 year of experience.
• Duties include check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification, and answering phones.
• Ability to mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Assists patients and visitors with check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification, and phone inquiries.
• Registers patients by collecting and verifying insurance information and demographics.
• Handles payments, posts charges, and assists with financial discussions as needed.
• Responds to routine inquiries about services, hours, and operations.
• Supports medical records tasks: pulling charts, transfers, and file management.
• Provides training and support to junior staff as requested.
