Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists patients and visitors by checking in/out, scheduling, insurance verification, and answering phone inquiries.
• Registers patients by collecting and verifying insurance information and demographics.
• Directs patients to appropriate waiting areas.
• Accepts payments for services, posts payments, and generates daily reports.
• Responds to routine inquiries and handles patient complaints appropriately.
• Assists with medical records duties such as pulling charts and filing.
