Job summary

SOLARIS HEALTH HOLDINGS LLC seeks a Patient Service Representative II to deliver exceptional front-desk and call-center support in a medical office setting. You will manage patient registration, appointments, co-pays, and referrals while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, verifying demographics, scanning records, and coordinating with clinicians to ensure a smooth intake-to-checkout flow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college work preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ customer service experience required. Experience in a medical office; specifically, urology, preferred.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of CPT procedure coding and ICD-10 diagnostic coding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet patients/visitors.
• Register new patients and verify demographics with detailed information.
• Collect co-pays, deductibles, and any outstanding balances.
• Obtain referrals and authorizations when required.
• Scan incoming documents into patient chart and generate reports.
• Schedule follow-up services and office visits; coordinate procedures as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate medical records.
