Job summary

Solaris Health Holdings LLC is seeking a Patient Service Representative I to provide exceptional front-desk patient service and coordinate intake, scheduling, and billing tasks in a professional medical office setting.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, registering information, collecting co-pays, scanning records, and ensuring accurate insurance details while maintaining confidentiality and efficient patient flow.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience; medical office is a plus.
• Basic CPT coding and ICD-10 knowledge preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; patient-focused.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in person or by phone.
• Register new patients and update demographics; collect co-pays.
• Process referrals and authorizations when required.
• Scan/file medical records and manage documentation.
• Schedule follow-up visits and coordinate patient flow with staff.
• Respond to inquiries courteously and maintain confidentiality.
