Qualifications

• IDX Certification required; Sunrise Billing system certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, ascertain purpose of visit, and direct them to appropriate staff.
• Maintain professional demeanor and ensure a positive patient experience.
• Instruct patients to complete intake and insurance forms.
• Schedule, cancel and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify insurance and assist with authorizations and patient responsibility forms.
• Perform cash collection and contribute to accurate billing processes.
