Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with check-in and check-out processes.
• Schedule appointments and referrals; verify insurance details.
• Process payments and apply charges using standard codes.
• Answer phone inquiries and address routine service questions.
• Assist in medical records duties by pulling charts and filing as needed.
• Mentor junior staff when required.
