Stanford Health Care is seeking a Patient Service Representative II to join Stanford Medicine Partners. Under general supervision, you will greet patients, register them, verify insurance eligibility, schedule appointments, and manage calls with a focus on accuracy and courtesy.

You will work with EPIC and practice management systems, handling payments and coordinating with clinical teams to ensure smooth patient flow and exceptional service.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of PSR or related experience required; healthcare experience preferred.
• EPIC experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and check in/out; schedule appointments.
• Verify insurance coverage and eligibility.
• Update patient accounts and collect payments; balance cash drawer.
• Document and route calls; maintain HIPAA compliance.
