Illinois Bone and Joint Institute, LLC is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator I to deliver exceptional patient-centered service. The role focuses on accurate registration, efficient scheduling, and supporting IBJI teams to ensure a positive patient experience and smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities include welcoming patients, handling inquiries, performing registrations, and coordinating insurance verification and referrals as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in customer service role (medical office experience preferred).
• EHR experience (Epic experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors with excellent service.
• Appointment scheduling and general inquiries.
• Registration/pre-registration and review of demographics and insurance.
• Insurance verification and referrals as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, occasional Saturday as needed.
