The role supports IBJI teams and contributes to a positive environment while ensuring accurate registration and efficient patient flow. Most tasks center on front-desk duties, insurance checks, and courteous patient interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year experience in customer service role (medical office preferred).
• Epic electronic health record experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors with excellent service.
• Prepare paperwork to support efficient operations.
• Answer general inquiries and handle appointment scheduling.
• Phone reception, triage, and escalation as needed.
• Register and pre-register patients, verify demographics/insurance.
• Check in/out and manage patient charts.
