Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors with excellent service.
• Handle appointment scheduling and registration/pre-registration.
• Answer general inquiries and triage calls.
• Manage patient check-in/out and chart handling.
• Verify insurance and collect patient responsibilities (copays/deductibles).
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
