Formación

• Education: High School Diploma; Associates degree preferred.
• Experience: 1 year in healthcare; physician office experience preferred.
• Skills: Interpersonal and communication skills with diverse populations; critical thinking and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and caregivers to create a welcoming environment.
• Check in patients and verify identity per standards; document in EMR.
• Maintain patient demographics and collect/payments; issue receipts.
• Schedule appointments, coordinate referrals, and manage conflicts.
• Document and relay hospital consults and urgent information to care team.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies.
