Job summary

• Minimum one year of medical office or healthcare facility experience.
• Experience with EHR (athenaNet) and scheduling.
• Experience serving customers in person and on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments in athenaNet.
• Prepare new patient charts and paperwork at presentation.
• Greet patients and visitors professionally.
• Complete the registration process accurately.
• Collect co-payments and process payments per policy.
• Educate patients on the Patient Portal.
• Document appropriately within the system to meet regulatory requirements.
• Work across Tryon offices as needed.
