Job summary

Mercy Clinic Primary Care - Watonga is seeking a Patient Service Representative to be the friendly first point of contact for patients and visitors. You will manage front desk operations, schedule appointments, and ensure a seamless check-in/out process while upholding confidentiality and privacy.

The PSR will support EPIC workflows, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a positive patient experience in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Qualifications
