Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and perform patient registration, verify insurance, and collect co-pays.
• Update patient demographic and company information for all patients.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate scheduling of outside testing for patients.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and safety in daily operations.
• Prepare and file charts; respond to medical record requests as needed.
